Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by YardLayer Apopka Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Overview
We provide artificial grass installation and related services for residential and commercial properties in Apopka, FL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and pricing may vary based on project scope, materials selected, and site conditions.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide to us. Final pricing may be adjusted after a site inspection reveals additional work or material requirements. We will notify you of any pricing changes before beginning work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit to schedule your installation and final payment upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Past due balances may be subject to late fees.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will work with you to schedule your installation at a mutually convenient time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a rescheduling fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Warranties
Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of installation. Artificial grass materials come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product. We will provide you with warranty information for the materials used in your project. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring any necessary permits are obtained. You should remove any valuable items from the work area before our arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during installation, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry general liability insurance for your protection. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use or misuse of the installed artificial grass.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
